Undertaking the management of the Comedy Central UK YouTube channel. The goal was to increase CTR, views and subscriptions to the channel.

Execution

Channel optimisation and best practices to improve channel growth for videos.

The focus was on the content and which videos would generate the best CTR to the CC website and which videos increased views and subscriptions. Using the YouTube analytics, content seeding on 3rd party platforms and optimisation increased the views, subscriptions and retained a CTR of 3% from YouTube to the CC website.
